Recently, the Beijing CBD Administrative Committee issued the first detailed regional planning of the East Expansion Area. It will cover about 3km2, a zone north to Tonghuihe River, south to Chaoyangbei Road, east to Xidawang Road and west to East Fourth Ring according to the plan, and it will follow the industrial positioning of CBD after the construction completed, focusing on the development of headquarters economy, international finance and high-end business etc.
