| As a key municipal highway project of Beijing Municipality in 2009, Wenyu River Avenue Project is planned as urban artery of Beijing Municipality, which will extend approximately 17 kilometers from Airport Southern Line in the north to Chaoyang North Road in the south. It is planned to be completed at the end of 2010. After it is open to traffic, Wenyu River Avenue will serve as an important thoroughfare in eastern Beijing to link up Airport Southern Line, Expressway to Beijing Capital International Airport, Airport Thoroughfare 2, two urban arteries, four urban secondary arteries and six urban minor roads. |
